Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead delivery of Energy and Renewables projects covering, Energy Centres, MEP and Solar PV. This role is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering strong client relationships and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to project and construction teams.
• Take full operational and budgetary ownership of major contracts, ensuring operational delivery, financial performance and cost control.
• Champion a culture of safety, inclusivity, opportunity, and diversity across all teams.
• Deliver technically advanced, innovative, and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting collaboration and exceptional customer experience.
• Advocate for SME engagement, circular economy principles, and community support initiatives.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen in managing contracts, including those under frameworks such as NEC4.
• Leverage the full capabilities of OCS to enhance productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Uphold compliance with all OCS policies, procedures, and business processes.

About You

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience in the delivery of Energy, MEP and Renewables projects.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent experience.
• Experienced in the delivery of mechanical and/or electrical projects, capital project delivery and energy management.
• Strong commercial and financial insight, with a track record of delivering results.
• Demonstrated success in working with both public and private sector clients.
