Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: North Carolina
Salary: 55k-70k base plus commission
Benefits: Full Benefits
We are seeking an in-house, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to help grow our organization by building relationships with new dental practices.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, relationship-driven, and motivated to expand client partnerships and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with new dental practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists and office managers
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into new accounts
- Track outreach efforts and sales opportunities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding
- Participate in occasional travel as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Previous sales experience preferred - 2-5 years
- Experience with Beacon and HubSpot is preferred but not required
