Sales Representative - Ft Wayne, IN - Communications

Field-based sales role selling Stryker Communications products to healthcare facilities. The representative will conduct product demonstrations, manage territory growth, and provide customer support across operating room and office settings.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Communications products to healthcare customers strategically
- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in OR and office settings
- Track territory progress and communicate achievements to Regional Manager
- Solve product problems and advise clinical staff on proper use and maintenance
Requirements
- 2-5 years outside sales experience, medical or B2B preferred
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university
- Field sales training
- In-house product training program completion
Compensation: $96,000 draw plus commission and/or bonuses eligible
