Work Environment

This full-time, onsite position is located in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology and treatment tools, enabling you to provide effective interventions tailored to each patient's condition. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Developing and implementing tailored care plans that utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Providing therapeutic interventions that enhance patients' mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
• Instructing patients on specialized therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies to promote recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You'll work with a diverse client population, ranging from young athletes to senior adults, ensuring that your care is customized to fit their specific recovery goals and medical histories.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist with a commitment to maintaining licensure.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge base.

Compensation and Benefits
