Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

At Haida Nursing and Rehab, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our residents, and we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Hastings, Pennsylvania.

About the Role:

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses
Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
