Selects vested benefits, reconciles trust assets including participant loans and contributions, assists Plan Sponsors with standard requests, resolves internal intra- departmental requests and manages reoccurring projects.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provides assistance to clients through a number of channels including phone, letters and emails to quickly resolve the requestGenerates and delivers reports to clientsCoordinates transactions with internal departments and tracks through completionPrioritizes tasks based on the urgency of the requestDelivers efficient and rapid resolution in the most effective way possibleEffectively utilizes and navigates internal resources to arrive at the right solution for the client(e.g. computer systems, online resources and client service relationships)Completes special projects as neededAssists team with duties and tasks as neededMulti-tasks and works in a fast-paced environmentBuilds internal relationships and communicates effectivelyRegular, reliable and punctual attendanceRequirements:1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial services or benefits industry, or experience with defined contributions and benefit plansAdvanced Excel experience4 year college degreePROFICIENCIES:Client ServiceProactiveResourcefulWritten and Verbal Communication skillsTime ManagementCritical ThinkingOrganizational SkillsAttention to DetailAccuracyTeam PlayerThe national average salary range for this role is $18.75-$19.00 an hour, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment.
