Execute the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional direct hire job orders. Identify and develop new clients while maintaining existing client relationships. Interview candidates and match them with their dream organizations and careers. Maintain a sense of urgency and manage multiple high‑level job orders simultaneously. Work remotely or in a hybrid model environment. Participate in training programs (NCT) and apply knowledge to client and candidate success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team‑player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology. Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed. Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Friendly competitive spirit and winning mentality. Ability to work in a remote‑based or hybrid model work environment.
