What You'll Learn in the MIT Program:

Recruiting and building a stylist team
Scheduling, inventory, and salon operations
Coaching team members to improve performance

What You Need to Join:

A current Michigan cosmetology or barber license
One year of salon experience preferred
A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in salon leadership and business operations
