Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Deliver high‑quality racquet sports instruction
- Create engaging guest experiences
- Keep indoor and outdoor courts clean, organized, and safe; oversee equipment care and ordering as needed.
- Ensure safety at all times
- Demonstrate Canyon Ranch service standard
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- 3–5 years of racquet sports instruction experience
- Associate degree or equivalent training — Two‑year degree or specialized training required.
- CPR/AED certification — Must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Professional racquet sports certification —
- Tennis: USPTA Certified Professional (or equivalent) within 90 days
- Pickleball: PPR Teaching Professional (or equivalent) within 90 days
- Exceptional guest‑service skills
- High attention to safety and detail
- Team‑oriented and adaptable
- Flexible availability
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
