Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students’ communication needs for the upcoming school year! Work full-time as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist from August through June, providing direct therapy and making a difference for a unique caseload of students with multiple disabilities, including those who are blind or visually impaired. This assignment is based near Bensalem, PA and covers a mixed caseload of 22 students, offering a truly impactful experience for a passionate professional.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) and eligibility for Pennsylvania certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Understanding of the unique needs of children with multiple, including visual, disabilities
• Compassion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate well with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students ages PreK through high school
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP communication goals tailored to individual student needs
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Implement creative, engaging therapy strategies both in-person and via teletherapy, as appropriate
