Network AdministratorDynamic Solutions Technology, LLC (DST), a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Network Administrator to provide support to a Federal Government customer in the Allenwood, PA location. This is an exempt remote role.Responsibilities Include:Diagnosed and resolved network connectivity issues, system failures, and performance bottlenecks to minimize operational downtime.Configured and maintained routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network hardware.Monitored network performance, availability, and utilization using enterprise monitoring tools and implemented improvements to optimize efficiency.Assembled, deployed, and integrated new computer systems, network equipment, and peripheral devices into existing environments.Maintained and upgraded network hardware, operating systems, and software applications to ensure compatibility and operational readiness.Performed routine system maintenance, patch management, firmware updates, and lifecycle replacement of obsolete equipment.Managed user accounts, permissions, and network access controls in accordance with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.Collaborated with IT support teams, system administrators, and technical personnel to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and support mission requirements.Documented network configurations, procedures, system changes, and troubleshooting activities to maintain accurate technical records.Provided Tier II/III network administration and technical support, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of enterprise network services.Required Experience:7 years minimum Network Administrator experience.Be able to exercise a high degree of discretion when evaluating client's operating systems, hardware configuration, firewalls, security, and network infrastructure.Demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and latitude as expected.Required Education/Training:Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology or related field; relevant and equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.Certifications: CompTIA Network+ certification can be used to substitute for 2 years of network experience.
