Requirements

• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (2+ years)
• Open Dental

-Minimum 2 years of experience in dental billing
-Familiarity with dental coding (ADA codes), claim processing, and insurance portals
-Experience using dental billing software (Open Dental)
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
-High level of integrity and commitment to patient privacy

Job Description

-Submit dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
-Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments
-Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve denials efficiently
-Process EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and reconcile patient accounts
-Handle patient billing inquiries with professionalism and clarity
-Post insurance and patient payments accurately to the system
-Coordinate with dental providers and front office staff to ensure accurate coding and documentation
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance policies, billing codes, and HIPAA regulations

Shift & Schedule

Work Hours: Flexible from Monday- Friday from 9AM - 6 PM. 8 hour work day.
