Human Resources Specialist
Under the direction of the Superintendent and Chief Business Official, the Human Resources Specialist performs confidential and specialized support related to employee recruitment, selection, onboarding, contracts, credentials, evaluations, employment records, mandated reporting, and collective bargaining activities. The position communicates with applicants and employees, maintains accurate and confidential personnel records, monitors compliance with applicable requirements, and supports the District's day-to-day human resources operations.
