Community Outreach Worker

BJC HealthCare is seeking a full-time Community Outreach Case Worker in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will connect clients to vital community resources, assisting individuals experiencing serious mental health issues. The position requires local travel, and a valid driver's license is mandatory. Candidates should hold an Associate's Degree and will receive comprehensive training during the first 90 days.
