Senior Sales Support Representative

Job Summary Provides dealers and customers with primary point of contact to facilitate velocity transactions for machine financing and Cat Commercial Account. Performs lease services, supports legal intake, promotes financing solutions, and develops go‑to‑market strategies. Responsibilities Own and manage the end‑to‑end lease services process for the assigned region, ensuring seamless execution of lease administration activities, customer support, and operational coordination throughout the lease lifecycle, while partnering with internal teams on credit decisions, lease booking, and end‑of‑lease extension activities. Manage legal intake processes for customers and dealers amending existing contract documentation for specific transactions. Focus on velocity transactions by providing support at the point of sale to increase PINS, PODD, dealer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Act as a consultant to dealers and customers on aftermarket financing solutions with a focus on Cat Commercial Account, promoting financing offers and developing go‑to‑market strategies. Qualifications Finance and Accounting knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Service Excellence: customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations. Accuracy and Attention to Detail: understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high precision. Analytical Thinking: techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine root cause and create alternative solutions. Loan Origination: knowledge of skills, methods and technologies used to process new loan applications; ability to perform loan origination activities while adhering to policies. Work Location & Requirements This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Compensation & Benefits Summary Pay Range: $94,728 - $151,572. Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors.
