Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Details Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter Position Type: 6 month contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need Job Location: HYBRID - Wilmington, DE (2-3 days per week in office, remaining remote) Shift: 1st Benefits: 401K, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, PTO Compensation: $45-$51.40/hr Schedule Hybrid schedule — candidates will need to be in the Wilmington office 2–3 days per week, with flexibility. Potential for full-time conversion based on business needs and individual performance. Responsibilities Conduct effective intake sessions with hiring managers Partner with managers to define hiring needs and establish expectations Develop and execute engaging job postings Identify and implement sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and HR business partners Create pre-screening questions and review resumes Build strong relationships with hiring managers and advise on recruiting best practices Ensure compliance with employment laws and legal requirements Adapt quickly and innovate within a fast-paced, agile environment Maintain a positive, proactive, and results-oriented approach Exercise independent judgment and discretion in recruitment activities Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience recruiting production-level roles with exposure to exempt professional hiring Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load, including 50+ open positions simultaneously Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience providing consultative recruiting support and challenging assumptions constructively Experience with social sourcing, AI tools in recruiting, and employer branding initiatives Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field Experience with Workday Recruit ATS and Phenom CRM Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams EEO Statement On-Board Companies provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
