Position Overview

We invite you to join our dynamic imaging team as a Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a spectrum of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure, taking the time to explain each step with empathy and professionalism
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Skillfully operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, reporting any issues in a timely manner
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient information through the electronic medical system
• Stay informed about the latest developments in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent organization
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification may be preferred
