What You’ll Do Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs within the pulp and paper industry. Update databases with each service visit and generate weekly service reports as required. Assist with technical issues at customer sites, bring any issues to the customers’ attention and put together a plan for corrective action – ensures the sales account manager is kept informed. Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required. Assist with data analysis on program performance. Routine monitoring and maintenance of feed equipment as required. Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree. Solving complex and non‑routine technical problems. Strong relationship management skills. Industry and customer literacy, or ability to pick up industry and Solenis technologies quickly. Drive for results; proactively addresses complex issues. Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Must live within 45 minutes of customer; Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA (general area ideally).
