ASISTENTE ADMINISTRATIVO

Overview Trabajo profesional que consiste en la realización y coordinación de una amplia variedad de tareas oficinescas y de apoyo administrativo a la Oficina de Investigación Clínica y Traslacional de Cáncer. El puesto provee apoyo directo a los procesos administrativos relacionados con actividades de investigación clínica, traslacional y de coordinación institucional. Incluye la redacción y transcripción de minutas, informes y documentos oficiales; el archivo y mantenimiento de expedientes físicos y electrónicos; la atención de llamadas telefónicas; y la coordinación y manejo de agendas. Además, realiza tareas como la coordinación de reuniones, apoyo en proyectos especiales, seguimiento a requerimientos administrativos y cumplimiento de plazos. El puesto conlleva el manejo de información altamente confidencial y sensitiva, relacionada con investigaciones clínicas, personal, colaboradores y procesos institucionales. Atiende y orienta visitantes, así como personal y contactos internos y externos en distintos niveles de la organización. Responsibilities Realizar y coordinar una amplia variedad de tareas oficinescas y de apoyo administrativo a la Oficina de Investigación Clínica y Traslacional de Cáncer. Redactar y transcribir minutas, informes y documentos oficiales; archivar y mantener expedientes físicos y electrónicos. Atender llamadas telefónicas y coordinar y manejar agendas. Coordinar reuniones, apoyar proyectos especiales, hacer seguimiento a requerimientos administrativos y asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos. Manejar información confidencial y sensible relacionada con investigaciones clínicas, personal, colaboradores y procesos institucionales. Atender y orientar a visitantes, así como a personal y contactos internos y externos en distintos niveles de la organización. Qualifications Bachillerato en Administración de Sistemas de Oficina de Universidad o Colegio Acreditado. Tres (3) años de experiencia en trabajo secretarial, preferible en área de la salud.
