Responsibilities Welcome patients and families with a warm, professional attitude. Answer a high-volume, multi-line phone system. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. Verify insurance information and collect copays. Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system. Communicate clearly with parents, providers, and coworkers. Help keep the front office organized and running efficiently. We're Looking for Someone Who Is: Dependable and consistently punctual.
