Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Resource Pool (All Units) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Epic experience, Level 1 trauma experience, Travel experience preferred Description: This position is for a Resource Pool role covering all Medsurg, Stepdown, and Tele units. Candidates must be well-rounded and strong in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology. The nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:3 for Stepdown and 1:6 for Medsurg/Tele. Each unit may have up to 34 beds. AHA BLS certification is required. The facility incorporates various units, including MedSurg, Stepdown, Trauma, Neuro, and Oncology. This position involves working nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
