Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)Location: North Providence, RI Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM Setting: Non-Public Special Education School (No Travel Required)OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based special education program serving students ages 5-22 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.This is a full-time, onsite position with a stable schedule and excellent work-life balance. There are no evening hours, weekends, insurance billing responsibilities, or productivity requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Provide behavioral support, consultation, and oversight for assigned classrooms.Collect, analyze, and monitor behavior data to guide interventions.Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff in ABA best practices.Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, social workers, and vocational specialists.Ensure consistent implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies and ABA principles.Required QualificationsActive BCBA Certification ORActive BCaBA Certification OREligible to sit for the BCBA examination within 6 monthsEligible for or currently possess Rhode Island Department of Health LicensureExperience working with individuals diagnosed with:Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Developmental DisabilitiesBenefitsGuaranteed full-time salaried positionMonday-Friday schedule (7:30 AM - 3:00 PM)No travel requiredNo after-hours or weekend workPaid school holidays and vacationsPaid summer breakPaid Time Off (PTO)
