How You'll Make an Impact As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be a trusted partner in our patients' recovery journeys. You will: Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process-Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions What We Offer Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team. Mandatory child and adult abuse certificate required. Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitative or acute care setting and/or demonstrates leadership ability. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate and direct activities of clinical personnel; effective oral and written communication skills, in English with additional languages preferred; proficiency in basic computer skills required. Additional requirements include: CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred. CRRN Preferred Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital is located on North Outer Forty Road in Chesterfield, in western St. Louis County, near Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
