Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address a variety of mental health issues.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics, using best practices in therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care, maintaining open lines of communication for seamless service delivery.

• Document sessions accurately in electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while tracking client progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals seeking help with emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will provide compassionate support tailored to each client's unique experiences and cultural backgrounds, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license/certification in the state of California as either an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience working with individuals facing various emotional and mental health challenges in a therapeutic setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a compassionate presence during sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and telehealth technology is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
