Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance and retirement needs and develop tailored recommendations.
• Present and explain life, health, and retirement product options clearly and professionally.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and ongoing service.
• Manage, prioritize, and follow up on leads using company-provided systems (training provided).
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

• No prior insurance experience or license required; prior sales or client-service experience is a plus.
