Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples coping with various mental health challenges.

• Employ a diverse set of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address different mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure client confidentiality and data integrity.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• An active and unrestricted LMHC license in Washington state is required.
