Dunson Dental Design is looking to add an exceptional Front Desk / Dental Insurance Coordinator to our team.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
• Has 3–5+ years of dental front desk or insurance coordination experience
• Is energetic, positive, dependable, and professional
• Has pace, urgency, and strong attention to detail
• Is adaptable, teachable, and growth-oriented
• Can anticipate scheduling and administrative needs and keep the day running smoothly
• Works well in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Takes pride in excellent patient care and teamwork
Skills & Experience Preferred
• Dental insurance verification & benefits breakdown
• Claims submission, tracking, and appeals
• Treatment plan presentation and financial coordination
• Scheduling and recall management
• Patient communication (phone, email, and in-person)
• Experience with Open Dental practice management software
• Knowledge of PPO and fee-for-service plans
