Hybrid | Tampa, Florida

$120,000 - $170,000/year | Full-Time

What you'll do:
• Represent creditors and business clients in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, restructuring matters, and insolvency litigation
• Develop litigation strategy and independently manage complex bankruptcy matters
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Handle depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trials
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's bankruptcy practice

What we're looking for:
• Active Florida Bar membership
• 7+ years of creditor-side bankruptcy, restructuring, or commercial litigation experience (10+ years preferred)
• Strong Chapter 11 and bankruptcy litigation experience
• Proven ability to independently manage complex matters through trial
• Candidates must be located in or willing to work from Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Petersburg, Florida
