Elegance Barber Lounge is a modern, upscale barbershop dedicated to providing premium grooming experiences. We are looking for talented, dependable, and experienced Barbers and Hair Stylists to join our fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities Deliver precision haircuts, skin fades, tapers, line-ups, and modern styles.
Provide beard shaping, razor line-ups, and traditional hot towel shaves.
Offer personalized style consultations and hair product recommendations.
Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to build client retention.
Maintain a clean, sanitized station and follow state board health guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications Active Barbering or Cosmetology License.
Proven experience as a Barber or Stylist (a portfolio or Instagram page showcasing your work is a major plus).
Mastery of fading, blending, line-ups, and shear work.
Punctual, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle walk-in volume.
