What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Line Cook at Lito’s Kitchen, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the quality and flavor our customers have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and assembling menu items such as sandwiches, soups, salads, bowls, wraps, and side dishes. Ensuring all food is cooked and presented to our high standards. Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift. Assisting with kitchen prep work, including making our signature in-house breads and spreads. Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment. Collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth kitchen operation during busy hours. What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications We’re seeking a candidate who: Has at least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or culinary setting. Is passionate about food and takes pride in their craft. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks at once. Possesses strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
