Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Lancaster, PA. If you have experience operating forklifts and are looking for a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you! As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by safely moving materials and products throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities- Operate forklifts to move, lift, and stack materials as needed.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with precision and care.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Valid forklift operator certification is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
