• Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of service.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and maintain a positive demeanor during busy shifts.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

• Deliver dishes to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Act as a liaison between the kitchen and the dining area to ensure efficient service.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting as needed.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any immediate needs.

We’re seeking individuals with a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering top-notch service. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
