Corporate M&A Associate Attorney (Hybrid)
Location: Milwaukee, WI | Madison, WI | Indianapolis, IN | St. Louis, MO | Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $175,000 – $280,000/year

Work on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions while advising businesses through complex strategic deals with a nationally recognized Business Law practice.

What You'll Do

Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and commercial agreements.
Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
Counsel clients on corporate governance matters and strategic business issues.
Work closely with attorneys across offices on complex middle-market transactions.
Support clients through all phases of acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate matters.

What You'll Need

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active Bar admission in the applicable state or eligibility for admission.
At least 3 years of Corporate/M&A experience within a law firm.
Experience handling mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
Strong background in due diligence, transaction structuring, and corporate governance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong academic credentials.
