Assembly Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electromechanical products, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring high-quality assembly and testing of electromechanical components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $25hr

Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

Assemble electromechanical products by following detailed process instructions and engineering drawings.
Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Read and interpret schematics, bills of material, and work instructions accurately.
Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment to ensure product specifications are met.
Support ISO certification processes, maintain documentation, and participate in audits.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or GED required; technical school experience is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in assembly, quality control, or inventory management.
Ability to read work instructions, schematics, and bills of material.
Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
