NURSE MANAGER

Nurse Manager – Surgery JDAMH Responsible for overall functioning of the surgery department and ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The role oversees patient care, liaises with physicians, performs HR requirements, develops operational and capital budgets, leads performance improvement activities, and assumes responsibility for professional activities.
