Quick Facts Location: Carrollton, GA (705 Dixie Street) Start Date: Immediate/As soon as available Duration: Permanent, Full-Time Shift: 16-hour and 24-hour shifts Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia; Neonatal Certification preferred Experience: Proven neonatal or NICU experience preferred Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: Pay appears to be placeholder or may require clarification; please inquire upon application) Pay & Benefits Pay Package: To be discussed upon application Additional Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage Life and Disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA, Dependent Care FSA, HSA) 401(k) retirement plan Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance may be available Voluntary benefits with payroll deduction Focus on health, wellness, and family support What You’ll Do Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds Support high-acuity, critically ill newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment Collaborate with neonatologists and care teams to develop and implement treatment plans Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnostics, and care management Support care delivery in a busy 20-bed newborn nursery, including daily NNP coverage Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives Work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art hospital environment What You Need Required: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (preferred) Prior NICU or neonatal experience Preferred: Experience working in a Level III NICU setting Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including 16- and 24-hour shifts About the Assignment Join a caring and innovative hospital in Carrollton, Georgia, dedicated to providing exceptional neonatal services to a diverse and growing community.
