What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU environment
• Manage high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support care delivery in a busy 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Support continuity of care from admission to discharge
• Participate in scheduled shifts and on-call coverage
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal services within a community-focused health system

What You Need

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• 1+ years of neonatal ICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
