What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU comprising 10 beds
• Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support daily coverage in a 20-bed newborn nursery unit
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support ongoing care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Work in a newly renovated, modern hospital environment dedicated to patient-centered care

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid Georgia RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Experience in neonatal or critical care nursing
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Preferred:

• Prior NICU experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
