Associate Attorney Civil Litigation

*Civil Litigation Attorney Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented civil litigation attorney to join our firm as an associate attorney. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal disciplines, including business, construction and landlord tenant law. *Duties* * Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and legal analysis across various practice areas.* Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity
* Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, negotiations, and client meetings by organizing case files and summarizing relevant information. *Qualifications* * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school or equivalent qualification required
* Two years experience in civil litigation preferred
* Valid license to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing with NC Bar.
* Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis is essential
* Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents
* Strong legal drafting capabilities coupled with excellent analytical skills
* Ability to work independently Position available immediately. Position requires in office attendance and remote work only permitted upon prior approval. Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits:
