I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of four. My State Farm journey began in college when I worked part-time as a team member before building my career as a personal banker and eventually returning to open my own agency. Outside of work, I'm a parent of two young children and enjoy animals, plants, being outdoors, and relaxing with my family. Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA, paid holidays, vacation time, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. I'm looking for someone who is sincere, patient, considerate, and team-oriented, with the motivation to help our agency grow while reaching their own professional and financial goals. What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalized, attentive service to existing clients and prospects
- Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products
- Identify sales opportunities and pivot from service to sales conversations seamlessly
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales and retention goals
- Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (we cover exam costs and provide continuing education support)
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable transitioning from client service to sales discussions
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual Vietnamese highly preferred.
