Job Title: Dairy Producer

Job Description

The Bulk Machine Operator is responsible for overseeing the production line activities, collaborating with shift production management, quality assurance, and mechanical staff to ensure the quality and integrity of all finished products.

Responsibilities

• Check production sheets to determine which machine will run in order to follow the production schedule.

• Set up date codes and the bulk packaging machines.

• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitizing of equipment after use.

• Inspect equipment prior to use and after cleaning.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, general labor, and general production.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

• Proficiency in reading and writing.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Viroqua, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

MEDICAL - Health insurance is through Quartz Benefits. Employees have a choice between 3 different deductible options. The program is an HMO which requires employees to receive medical care from an in-network clinic/hospital. Some of those in-network providers include Gundersen Clinics & Hospitals, Vernon Memorial Clinics & Hospitals Scenic Bluffs, Hirsch Clinic, Bland Clinic, etc. UW Health Systems is also included.

DENTAL - Coverage is provided through Delta Dental Plans of Wisconsin
