Strategic Procurement Executive (Remote 1 Day/Week)

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) seeks a Deputy Chief of Procurement Operations to lead cross-agency procurement strategy and operations. The role oversees Direct, Indirect and non-C&D spend, drives category management, and uses data analytics to reduce costs and improve performance.

The position reports to the Chief Procurement Officer, manages staff, and aligns staff development with strategic goals while ensuring governance and continuity of procurement systems.
