Curve Hospitality is seeking a high-level Controller to oversee financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and operational accounting across our growing hospitality platform. We are a vertically integrated hospitality group specializing in procurement, interior design, and manufacturing for major hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham. Responsibilities Lead all accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, job costing) Oversee financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting Manage project-based cost accounting for FF&E and procurement Monitor cash flow across multi-project pipelines Improve ERP and reporting systems (Odoo / Monday / Custom ERP experience preferred) Ideal Candidate 7+ years accounting experience (hospitality or construction preferred) Strong job costing & WIP reporting background Experience managing multi-million-dollar vendor payments & deposits Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency CPA preferred We are looking for a financially disciplined leader who can scale systems as we expand nationally.
