Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• State licensure (California) or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY) welcome
• Experience providing therapy in school settings preferred, but not required
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions to students with a variety of needs
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support strategies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and timelines
• Provide guidance to staff and training as needed on speech and language development
