Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support students in a dynamic school setting near Riverside, CA! With multiple contract opportunities available for the upcoming school year, this is an excellent chance to make a meaningful impact for students while working onsite alongside a collaborative team of professionals.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLPA certification and active California licensure required
• Previous experience supporting speech-language therapy in a school environment strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP implementation and documentation processes
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
• Commitment to upholding student privacy and following ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services in accordance with students' IEPs under SLP supervision
• Support students in developing communication, articulation, language, and social skills
• Collect and report data to monitor student progress
• Prepare therapy materials and keep accurate records
• Collaborate with school staff and families to optimize student outcomes
• Manage a varied caseload efficiently and professionally
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
