School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant | Corona, California

Three contract opportunities are available for skilled SLPAs to support students and help cover leaves of absence. These positions are based onsite and provide the chance to work in a collaborative, supportive educational environment. With a consistent Monday-Friday schedule of up to 30 hours a week, you'll have the structure you need while making a direct impact on student communication and academic growth.


Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license or certification in California
• Previous experience working as an SLPA in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families
• Understanding of child language development and speech/language intervention strategies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Adaptability and professionalism in a school environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language support to students as directed by onsite SLPs
• Assist with carrying out IEP goals and report student progress
• Prepare therapy materials and document student performance
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with educational teams
• Manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate records
