BCS provides fully integrated pediatric services to the greater Phoenix area, with excellent providers in many sub-specialty areas to collaborate with including Sleep Medicine, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Hematology/Oncology, and Cardiology. Banner Children's at Desert was designed Through the Eyes of a Child, meaning it has all the comforts of home and does not feel institutional. The hospital is meant to inspire healing, learning and imagination. Our Child Life professionals play an active role in ensuring children feel safe and prepared for the hospital experience.
