Sales Representative II, Spine - Lexington / Somerset, KY

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative II to sell spinal implants and biologics products to hospitals and physicians across a Kentucky territory. This field-based role involves managing customer relationships, maintaining inventory, and driving sales growth in assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Generate field sales calls and solicit orders from physicians, hospitals, and medical institutions
• Manage consignment and loaner inventory across multiple accounts throughout region
• Provide case coverage and field service support to customers as needed
• Develop and execute annual business plans with quarterly updates to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Monitor competitive landscape and report market conditions to district manager

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience
• Associate's degree plus 4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years medical device or life sciences sales experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to reside within assigned territory
• Ability to work in operating room settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
