AiBLE Strategic Sales Representative 3 -Lexington/ Louisville, KY

Medtronic seeks a Strategic Sales Representative to drive adoption of AiBLE platforms and spine technologies across Lexington and Louisville. This field-based role requires regional travel to partner with surgeons, hospital leadership, and cross-functional teams on complex technology integration and account development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell AiBLE products and services within assigned geographic area to meet sales targets
• Drive strategic adoption of spine enabling technologies, implants, and biologics across targeted health systems
• Develop and execute account-specific strategic technology plans aligned to business and customer objectives
• Coordinate surgeon education programs, cadaver labs, technology demonstrations, and customer training events
• Analyze regional performance metrics, utilization trends, and customer adoption data to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience; or associate's degree with 6+ years; or bachelor's degree with 4+ years
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Capability to work in hospital and operating room environments, stand for extended periods during procedures
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds
• Experience supporting spine, neurosurgery, or robotic-assisted surgical procedures preferred
• Operating room and sterile field experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical troubleshooting and surgeon-facing communication skills
