Responsibilities

• This is a performance based sales with high bonsus structure. (100 percent commission)
• You must be comfortable on video since your sales calls will be online
• Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to identify new business opportunities within the digital marketing space.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships by managing existing accounts and providing tailored solutions that meet their marketing needs.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client objectives and present compelling proposals that showcase our digital agency services.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details confidently to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and document all interactions for seamless account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and technical support to craft customized strategies that align with client goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging analysis skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology or software sales, with a strong background in B2B sales and enterprise selling environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency with sales management systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while managing client expectations.
• Strong business development skills combined with a proactive approach to warm calling and lead generation.
• Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes to craft strategic sales approaches.
• Experience managing customer accounts within a corporate or agency setting is highly preferred.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment; leadership qualities are a plus.
